Soledad Canyon Mine Lease Cancellation Act - Instructs the Secretary of the Interior to cancel Bureau of Land Management leases CA-20139 and CA-22901.
Prohibits the Secretary from issuing any lease or leases for mining sand and gravel in the Soledad Canyon area of California as described on a specified map that authorizes mining that, in the aggregate, exceeds the historical mining level of specified tons per calendar year.
